I started to paint in 2002 by pouring enamel paint leftover from renovating my flat onto canvas to form rectangular shapes that sometimes took a life of their own and oozed out of alignment into what I called “Organized Chaos”. It was a very therapeutic way of expressing my emotions with very limited technical skill starting out as a self-taught artist back then. In 2011, I returned to this technique of dripping paint with a high viscosity to create large format portraits and urban landscapes such as Marilyn Monroe, Louis Armstrong, VW Camper Van a traffic jam of yellow taxicabs or the Brooklyn Bridge.
Today, I create large format drip art paintings or portraits, automobiles and urban landscapes by commission only. Please contact me directly for any drip art related inquiries.

The materials I use to paint are traditional materials proven to last for centuries by the tradition of acrylic painting on canvas. I paint on artist quality cotton primed canvas and I mainly use Extra Fine heavy body Acrylics from Golden Artist Colors. My primer is Golden acrylic gesso.
